According to a news article in 1937, Sarah McCrea was in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Perhaps she was in the state hospital there.

"Friends at Columbus City were called Friday to Mt. Pleasant by the illness of Mrs. Sarah McCrea, a former Columbus City resident."
