The remains of Mrs. Maria Brown, sister of J. C. and Martha Brown, were brought here from Kansas, on Sunday night. The funeral services were held at the home of her son, H. C. Brown, on Monday conducted by Reverend Smith , of the U. P. church. Burial in the cemetery north of town.
