Unintentionally we omitted to mention the death of Mrs. Anna Holliday, in the forks of the river, Oakland township, which occurred on November 3rd. She was the wife of Thomas W. Holliday, and the daughter of James Karr. She was born in Ohio, Ross county, on November 9, 1810; consequently her age was nearly eighty-two years. about eight years ago, after enjoying married life for nearly sixty years, her husband died. Eight children live girls and three boys, where born to this couple. One girl and two of the boys are dead. Mrs. Holliday was converted when she was fourteen years old and has ever since been a devoted follower of Christ. The bereaved family desire to thank their friends for the assistance given in their hour of trouble.
