looking for a man named Andrew

I am working on a family history Christmas present for my sister in law. I was just given partially written stories for Emma Weets, daughter of Uvo Weets who received a puppy from a family friend named Andrew around 1918. Andrew plowed the roads just north of Bridgeport where the Weets family lived. He paid $25 for the puppy as the Weets couldn't afford to buy a dog. I am trying to find a last name to this Andrew. I am guessing he is either around 40 (age of her father) or maybe late teens/ early 20's and had an eye for Emma. Included is a link to the plat map for 1913 with neighbors surrounding the Weets family. Many, many thanks!
