Brown Hotel Demolition

SCHAUB

Could anyone provide the date of, or point me toward information about the demolition of the original Brown Hotel in Bellevue? A picture of it's delapidated remains appears in Rev. A. H. Jahr's book "Adjacent Wilderness" (copyright The Bellevue Herald-Leader 1953, 1976). My 2nd-great grandfather Adam Schaub had a bakery in it c. 1860-80, and for genealogical research purposes I am curious about when the building became uninhabitable and was finally torn down.
Thank you,
Jill Davis
