Looking for obit for Benjamin Franklin Holland Jan 18, 1883

Looking for somebody to copy an obit at the courthouse or library in Mt. Pleasant for a Benjamin Franklin Holland who died at Mt. Pleasant Jan 19, 1883 with burial at Ottumwa Cemetery of Wapello County Iowa. His wife was Mildred Patton who died Nov 27, 1907 with burial next to Benjamin at Ottumwa cemetery. If there is no obit, there is a death record which may give his parents names.
