oldest child of William and Mary (White) Wallis of Chitterne, England
married a grocer from East LLsley, Berkshire, England named George Langford.
They emigrated to Canada where another daughter was born, named Lousia was born in 1859. The family moved to Tuscola, Michigan where they farmed. Mary Ann (Wallis) Langford died while the girls were still young and subsequently George took the girls back to England to live with their Grandparents, William and Mary (White) Wallis at the Manor in Chitterne, himself returning to America.
George remarried in Tuscola, Michigan to Rachel Mary Stewart and started a new family.
