Patricia L. Anderson, age 89, of Janesville, Wisconsin, formerly of Bourbonnais, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at East Troy Manor in East Troy, Wisconsin. She was born June 4, 1928 in Chicago, the daughter of James C. & Ramona Huddlestun Russell. Patricia married Louis C. Anderson on June 10, 1949 in Webster City, Iowa. He preceded her in death on December 4, 1996.

Patricia graduated from St. Lukes School of Nursing in Chicago and the University of St. Francis in Joliet. She worked for a number of years as a registered nurse and retired from the Kankakee School District 111, where she was a school nurse.

Patricia enjoyed playing cards and games and watching TV, but most of all she enjoyed visits with her family.

Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, James & Diana Anderson of Loudon, Tennessee; one daughter, Lynn Panici of East Troy, Wisconsin; three grandchildren, Lisa (Matthew) Gierach, Lauren (Johan) Levin, and Brendan (BriAnne) Danielson; and four great-grandchildren, Gretchen Gierach, Lukas Levin, Lily Levin, and Aleksander Levin. In addition to her husband Louis, she is preceded in death by her parents and two infant brothers.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Bourbonnais.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allay Hospice in Waterford, Wisconsin.
