Dee C. Neff, 94, of Webster City passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Southfield Wellness in Webster City.

Funeral services will be Friday December 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Faith United Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. The family has chosen Boman Funeral Home to care for their needs.

Dee is survived by her daughter Rolanda (Gary) Burgin of Webster City; five grandchildren: Jodi (John) Koop of Kamrar, Jeff Burgin of Webster City, Laura Hahne of Waterloo, Rick (Michelle) Hahne of Buckner, MO and Michael Stoeckman of Waterloo: 13 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, sister Glea Burkholder of Humboldt and many nieces and nephews.

Deloris Charollott Fisher, daughter of Marion and Bessie (Mix) Fisher, was born March 17, 1923 in Jackson, MN. They moved to Webster City when Dee was a young girl and was educated here.

After the war Dee meet and married Roland E. Neff on June 2, 1946 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. They had two daughters Cheryl Ann and Rolanda. Roland passed away in 1986. Dee worked many years in retail in Webster City, Fort Dodge and Wheatridge, CO., specializing in cosmetics sales.

Dee enjoyed oil and China painting and was an excellent seamstress. She turned her favorite hobbies and talents into a profession by repairing, dressing and making China dolls in her home. Dee also enjoyed music and loved to dance.

Dee was preceded in death by her husband Roland; her parents, daughter and son-in-law Cheri and Bob Loomis, sister and brother-in-law Emily and Glenn Johnson and brother-in-law Nick Burkholder.

Dee was a member of Kamrar United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers a donation could be made to Unity Point Hospice of Fort Dodge.
