A watch fob with "M W of A"

I have a watch fob with "M W of A," with what looks to be a gavel and a scroll on it that belonged to my great-grandfather, whose last name was Cain. His children's names were Bruce and Ada Pauline (or Pauline Ada) Cain. Bruce was married to Bernice Cain, and the family farm was in Rippey. The watch chain and fobs belong to my father, Raymond Elston, who is the son of Pauline Cain Elston Roath. Just curious to know what the "M W of A" stands for. I appreciate your help!
