Marriage Joseph H. Meske and Alta Elizabeth Sigwarth

Good Evening from Germany.
Searching for the Wedding date and place of Joseph H. Meske and Alta Elizabeth Siegworth (or similar spelling).
She was born 15.11.1910 as daughter of Irvin August and Barbara in Dubuque and died 28.02.2007 in Bakersfield, Ca.
I do have all other details on her, but do miss the wedding date of her first marriage.
I heared, that she died with 16, which puts it back to 1926/27/28, their first child was born in Iowa, so i assume, i has taken place also there. Would be very very happy for that information
