Little Leland Edward Blaser, the sixteen-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. George Blaser, 1740 Elm street, died this morning at 5:20 o'clock at the family home.
Last Monday morning while Mrs. Blaser was washing the child was playing near the washing machine when the stopper in the machine blew out. He was badly scalded, the hot water going all over his body and face.
Leland, who was born in this city May 31, 1921, was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. Blaser and the bereaved parents have the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
The funeral will be held Friday morning from the home to Sacred Heart church at 8:15 o'clock. Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
