Farley, Iowa, SPECIAL: Funeral services for William Lawler, 57, lifelong resident of Dubuque County, will be held here Saturday morning from the home to St. Joseph’s Church at 9 o’clock.

The Rev. P. E. Donnelly, pastor, will celebrate the solemn high requiem mass, assisted by Mr. Lawler’s son, the Rev. Charles Lawler, assistant pastor of St. Raphael’s Cathedral, Dubuque. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Farley.

Mr. Lawler died at his home here Thursday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock following a month’s illness.

He was born Jan. 26, 1885 in this vicinity, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Lawler. He was married Feb. 26, 1908 to Mayme A. Veach, at Placid after which they settled on a farm near here.
