Surprise Party

A very pleasant little surprise party came off Monday night at the Pacific House in honor of the genial host and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Quinn. We understand that Jake Conant and John Flynn were the promotors of the entertainment, in which numbers of friends joined heartily. The large dining room was put to good service as a ball room, and the merry dance went round far into the night with interlude, during which all took part of a bountiful spread of refreshments. We hope to be there on the very next occasion of the kind.
