Louis C. Koett

Louis C. Koett, 60, 421 Hagemann, died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, at Memorial hospital.

He was born Dec. 26, 1911, in Burlington, the son of Andrew and Elizabeth Mae Morrison.

He married Ruth E. Kimmett in Kahoka,Mo., July 21, 1931. Mr. Koett, retired in December after 21 years as a driver for Burlington Northern Transport. He was a member of St. John's Catholic church arid the Teamster's Union.

Surviving: The wife; three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Anderson and Mrs. Theresa Kirkenslager, both of Burlington, and Mrs. Beverly Harsch Muscatine; seven g r a n d
children; one brother, Arthur Burlington; six sisters, Mrs Etta Hageman and Mrs Kathryn O'Donnell, both of Burlington, Mrs. Clara Schroeder, Mt. Pleasant, Mrs Louise Hill, Pompano Beach Fla., Mrs. Mary Pierce, Bettendorf, and Mrs. Alice Small, Moline, Ill; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday Prugh's chapel, Fr. Henry Greiner; Memorial Park Cemetery.
