Ruth E. Koett, 76, of Autumn Heights, died at 4:34 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at Burlington Medical
Center.

Born January 17, 1910 in Holdrege, Neb., she was the daughter of Jasper Newton and Lottie Mae Smith Kimmett. She married Louis C. Koett on July 21, 1931 in Kahoka, Mo. He died Feb. 5, 1972.

She was a housewife and member of Senior Citizens, Daughters of Isabella, St. Francis
Auxiliary, Eagles Auxiliary, American Association of Retired Persons. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. John (Patricia) Anderson of Virginia Beach, Va., Mrs. Beverly (John) Harsch, Muscatine, Mrs.Theresa (Steve) Losey of Middletown; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Pearl Raider, Burlington.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, at Prugh's Chapel, with the Rev. Albert Hauser officiating Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
