Mrs. Lilly Hunter
Mrs. Lilly Mae Hunter, 51, died Monday at 10 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Merle Dillavou, Racine Avenue, Lenox Park, after an extended illness.
She was born in Perry, Mo., Dec. 25, 1896, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.R.Graves. She married Alex Hunter in Mt. Pleasant in 1919. The couple live in Augusta for a time and Mrs. Hunter recently come to Burlington. She was a member of the Woodlawn Avenue Baptist church.
Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Dillavou, Mrs. Clarence Graham, Augusta, Mrs. Ralph J. Basquine, Middletown; her father, of Perry Mo., 8 grandchildren; a siste, Mrs. Jack Dalton, Santa Rosa, Calif.; 3 brothers, Pearl, Davenport, Ollie and Wick, Perry, Mo. A daughter is dead.
