Mrs. May Peckham, a former Burlington resident of Grand Island, Neb. dies Thursday after and extended illness. She was born Nov 26, 1882 at Macon County, MO, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee McKasson. In 1910 she married Clark Peckham in Burlington. She was a member of Grace Methodist Church. Surviving; a daughter, Mrs. Richard Ihne of Grand Island; a son, Wilbur Peckham of Macomb, IL; three sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Kause of Farfield, Mrs. Marie Mower of Blue Island, IL and Mrs. John McLaughlin of Kewanee, IL; a brother, Aubrey McKasson of Farfield; six grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Services: Saturday 3 p.m. in Sheagren Funeral Home, The Rev, Frank O. Johnson; Aspen Grove Cemetery.
