looking for birth parents

I am helping a 61 year old lady find her bio family she was born 7 Dec. 1953 in Clinton and was named Georgia, she was then moved to hillcrest Methodist orphanage in Dubuque where she was adopted in 1956. her mother was unmarried and a college student, I know these births are usually hidden but sometimes if you hold the page with the birth record on it up to the light you can read some of them would anyone be willing to check the vital records and see if they can find a Georgia who was born 7 Dec. 1953. thanks
