Mrs. Edward Leon Williams, 213 Fifth Avenue North, died at 2:55 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in Mercy hospital where she had been receiving treatment.

Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning in St. Patrick's church where a requiem high mass will be clelbrated. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery.

Pearl Theresa Waldorf, daughter of John and Catherine Waldorf was born Sept. 11, 1891, in Clinton and lived here all her life. She was educated in St. Boniface parochial school. Her marriage to Edward Leon Williams was clelebrated Oct. 2, 1912.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, a son, Edwin, her mother, three brother, Louis, John and Frank Waldorf, and five sisters, Mrs. F. J. Schlofeldt, De Witt, Mrs. Robert Monahan, Mrs. Harold Sivertsen, Mrs. Charles Monahan and Mrs. Martin Broaderick, all of Clinton. A son died at birth in 1923 and a brother, Carl Waldorf also preceded her in death as did her father.
