Amos Cole, the thirteen year old son of Chas J. Cole died at Defiance, Saturday, so a telegram to Lyle Sutton says. Burial occurred here at the M. E. church at 2 Monday. Amos will be remembered by the boys on the hill as a genial playmate. His mother died little more than a year ago, and his body was rest beside hers in Springdale.
