Courtney, is your house the first house north of Ihde's Station? If so, I can give you information about who built it and lived there. In any case, the men whose names you found were all from Garnavillo. The last one is actually C. T. Schmidt, my great-grandfather: Charles T. Schmidt. I have of him and some of the rest of the crew working on the curb and sidewalk on main street in the 1910s.
