Everitt - Page marriage - 1942

VOLGA: A quiet wedding ceremony took place Sunday when Mrs. Jessie Page and Walter Everitt were united in marriage at the home of the latter's son, Stanley Everitt, south of town. The Rev. Russell P. Nelson, local Presbyterian pastor, performed the ceremony. Present at the marriage were the Stanley Everitt family and LeRoy Page, oldest son of Mrs. Page.

For the past four years, Mrs. Page has been employed at the Modern Cafe, which position she resigned last week. The couple will be at home in Volga City after a wedding trip tour in Western Iowa and southern Minnesota, where they will visit her sister, Mrs. John Swett and family at Hills, Minn.
