Pins - Morand marriage - 1942

Miss Wilma Morand, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Morand of Osterdock, and Clarence W. Pins, son of Peter Pins of Dubuque, were married in Guttenberg, Wednesday, Sept. 30, in St. John's American Lutheran church with the Rev. S. M. Becker officiating. Matron of honor was Mrs. Louie Hennicks of Guttenberg and bridesmaid was Dorothy Kregel of Garnavillo. Willard Morand, brother of the bride, attended the couple as best man. Donna Mae Thein of Elkader, niece of the groom, and Eunice Morand, sister of the bride, were flower girls. The newlyweds will live on a farm near Guttenberg.
