Peterson - Fritz Marriage - 1901

On Thursday evening, Nov. 7th, 1901, Anna Fritz of this place and Louis J. Peterson of Oelwein, were joined in holy bonds of matrimony at the Congregational church. Rev. A. F. Marsh performed the ceremony. The bridesmaid was Pearl Clough and the groomsman was Mr. Reed of Oelwein. After the ceremony the bridal party retired to the home of P. J. Clough and wife where a sumptuous supper awaited them. The young couple left for Oelwein the same evening where the groom has a home already prepared and they will begin housekeeping at once.
