- Saturday afternoon Mrs. Martin Green and Mrs. Ray Reierson, Clermont, visited in the Henry Olson home. Sunday morning visitors were Mrs. Marion Olson, Mrs. Richard Pearson, Chicago, and Mrs. Gary Hager. Sunday afternoon visitors were Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Anderson, Gunder and Julia Peterson, Elgin. Other visitors last week were: Mr. and Mrs. Don Olson, Mary Schroeder, Mrs. Rex Allen, Amber and Ryan, Cedar Rapids, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Wentz, Mrs. Lloyd Schutte, Mrs. Gerhard Halverson, Evelyn Duwe, JoAnn Meyer, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Olson and Grace Barr.

- Angela Moser and Nicholas, Dubuque, Lorenz and Beatrice Doerring, and Ellenore Doerring were Sunday dinner guests of Julie Looby.

- Mr. and Mrs. Bill Traetow, Teresa and Bryan, returned Tuesday from a camping trip to St. Louis, MO and Six Flags.

- Kenneth Nuehring, Ilo Rodenberg and Mildred Dettmann returned home Saturday after spending several days with their aunt, Marth Scollard at St. Cloud, MN.

- Sunday, August 7th, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Winfields, Ogden, IA were brief visitors in the Lowell Fox home. Together they attended the 50th wedding anniversary celebration for Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Drahn at St. John Lutheran Church, Farmersburg, and supper in the evening at the Elmer Drahn home.
