Mrs. Louis Robinson died at her home in Jacksonville Saturday morning, Feb. 24, 1900, of heart failure, aged 73 years. Deceased was born in Norway, Jan. 29, 1826. She emigrated to America in 1860, settling iu Madison, Wisconsin. There she was united in marriage with Louis Robinson, who survives her. They remained in Madison till 1865, when they moved to this county,where they have resided ever since. Four children were born to them—two sons and two daughters—all of whom are married and live in Jacksonville township. The funeral was held Monday, Feb. 26, from the Lutheran church at Jerico of which deceased was a faithful member, Rev. Carl Xavier officiating. She was a kind and loving wife and mother, a good neighbor, and is mourned by a large circle of friends.
