Mrs. Frances Biglow died at her home, 257 South Thirty-fifth street, a 7 p.m. Wednesday. She had been in ill health for some time. Mrs. Biglow was born in Mercer county, Pa., April 12, 1846, and came to Iowa in 1853, settling near Maquoketa. She had resided most of the time in Wyoming, Ia., and came to Cedar Rapids about ten years ago. In 1866 she was married to John Biglow who preceded her in death Feb. 5, 1871. A daughter, Louella Miller, also preveded her in death Jan. 30, 1913. Surviving is a daughter, Zella Biglow, with whom she resided, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in the home at 1 p.m. Saturday conducted by the Rev. E.W. Brown. The body will be take to Mechanicsville for burial. Friends may call at the home Friday afternoon and evening.
