HIGGINS, BORGERS, RITTENHOUSE

Higgins - My ancester Levi HIGGINS is listed on the 1860-1870-1880 census as a resident of Jasper township. We know he was married twice, 1st wife Jemima and several children on 1860 census and wife Nancy (BORDERS, RITTENHOUSE, HIGGINS) on the 1870-1880 census. 1870 census lists my g-grandfather Benjamin. I would appreciate any help as I believe Levi and some of his children are buried in Carroll County. Nancy and Ben and Mattew,and James RITTENHOUSE are listed as residents of Neb in 1890. I would also like to know how many of the listed children were Jemima's and how many were Nancy's, also if Nancy was buried back in Carroll County. Would appreciate any and all info on HIGGINS, BORDERS, and RITTENHOUSE families. Les Obert. Posted 25 Apr 97.
