Holtorf Families

Hi my name is Higgs, Layne and I am related to the Holtorf Family through my grandfather Butson, Eldred. His parents were Butson, William and Holtorf, Alvina. Alvina was the daughter of Holtorf, Claus and Spiess, Catherine. Alvina and her husband Butson, Will are buried there in the Union Cemetery in Pomeroy. Claus & Catherine lived in the Pomeroy, Calhoun County, Ia area from about 1870- until around 1900. The family was living in Minnesota around 1905 then they emigrated to Saskatchewan (Young and Zelma area). Canada. Claus had a brother Holtorf, Carsten Claus who married Spiess, Margarethea and they lived and died in the Pomeroy, Calhoun County, Area. Holtorf, Carsten Claus and his wife Margarethea are buried in the Union Cemetery in Pomeroy. I am interested in finding out if anyone might have or know of anyone who might happen to have any family photos of members of the Holtorf Families that lived in Calhoun County, Iowa from about 1865-to the present time. Any information or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your assistance.
