Marriage - Frank Charles Wilson & Isabella Rae

I wonder if anyone could help me please. I am trying to find details of the above marriage.

Isabella Rae settled in Waterloo (Black Hawk County), Iowa in 1913 having travelled as a single girl of 17 from Girvan, Scotland, via Boston where she arrived on 22 March 1913, to work as a Nurse Maid. When she travelled I believe both her parents had died and from the records I have seen she was sponsored by a William Galloway of Great Galloway Line, Waterloo.

Based on information from the US census for 1920/1930 Frank and Isabella were married either late 1915 or most likely 1916. The couples first child was born in Iowa in November 1916.

There is no record of the marriage in Waterloo (Black Hawk County) and as Frank's parents were living in Independence (Buchanan County) I am hoping the wedding took place there.

Any information would be appreciated
