Beulah (Nickell) Wetteland, born March 14, 1922 in Boone, IA to Lloyd and Nancy Nickell, passed away on November 18, 2011 in Boone. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Rev. Mark Wetteland, her brothers Joe, Harold and Bill Nickell and sister Jane York. Those left to remember her endearing love are children: Michael (Donna) Wetteland, Edina, MN; Annette Wetteland, Des Moines, IA and Julie (Chuck) Scheib, Perry, IA. Grandchildren Sarah Wetteland, MN; Dustin Brockberg, MN; Joe and Monica Scheib and Dane Scheib, Perry. Per Beulah's wishes, her body was donated to University of Iowa Hospitals and memorial services will be private.

In lieu of a memorial service, she asked that people live by these words: "If by chance you wish to remember me do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you. If you do as I have asked, I will live forever." Memorials may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
