Lady named Olive

I have some really old postcards that were written to my grandfather in 1908-9 by a young lady named "Olive" (no last name and I cannot tell what her last initial is - may be an "F"?) She talked about my granddad's brother Delbert as if she were his girlfriend at that time. Is there some way that I could find out who she might have been & what happened to her? It sounds like she had some kind of job, and her mother came to visit her from somewhere else.

Thanks for any ideas on this dilemna!
