John C. Fritz was born June 16, 1869 and died November 13, 1936, in Church, Iowa. He was the son of Johann Martin and Margaretha Sauer Fritz. His probate can be found in Allamakee County, Iowa No. 4781. His widow, Helen, was the Executrix. Johann Martin Fritz was a brother of Ludwig (Louis) and Jacob Fritz.
