Pfc. Alfred M. Hovland has been wounded the second time, according to a telegram from the War Department received by his wife who lives at 1213 S. Alice street. He first received a bullet wound in the left shoulder in France on July 17; his second wound, which was in the same place, was received in Germany on October 11.
