Last updated Feb. 22, 2023.

Source: Family Search Film #007590309 contains Deaths of Polk County in alpha order covering the years 1888-1907. The format has changed with the POD being the city or twp. For the most part and in many cases just the city was listed for the cemetery place of burial. Film #007590309 captured the information by the volume number in which it was recorded, volume 2,3,4 and 5. The entries that follow will note the volume number when referencing the source

Vol 2 had no one listed with a POD or POB as the County Farm or Cemetery in any of its variations

Vol 3 had only two entries, those bodies that were stolen, recovered and reburied. See The Altoona Herald, Jan. 18, 1896 for an article regarding the theft of two bodies.

Vol 4 had no one listed with a POD or POB as the County Farm or cemetery in any of their variations

Vol 5 had no one listed with a POD or POB as the County Farm or cemetery in any of their variations
