BENJEGERDES FUNERAL RITES SET AT REMSEN CHURCH. William H. Benjegerdes, 77, longtime resident of Remsen, died Thursday at Sacred Heart hospital after a long illness. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Lutheran church, Remsen. Rev. Paul Wuebben will officiate. Burial will be in the Remsen city cemetery under direction of the Moeller funeral home. Mr. Benjegerdes was born July 30, 1887, at Garnavillo and came to Remsen to farm 50 years ago.
