"Seven are Granted Citizenship Papers.  Seven residents of Osceola county were granted American citizenship last Thursday during the regular session of district court being held by Judge C.C. Bradley in Sibley. Judge Bradley was assisted by a federal examiner from Omaha who tested the applicants as to their ability to pass the tests incident to securing citizenship papers.  Ten applications had been filed for hearing during this term of court; nine of which applicants appeared before the court.  The two applicants failing to secure their papers in this hearing will be heard again in March of 1932."
