Conference disbands. 1941-42: Cedar Rapids Wilson left after football season to fully align with the Mississippi Valley Conference. Cedar Falls makes known their intent to leave at the end of the school year. 1938-39: Cedar Rapids Wilson joins from the Mississippi Valley Conference. Membership increases to 5. 1932-33: Independence, Vinton, Marion, and Manchester form the Tri-Valley Conference. Original membership is 4.
