Membership Changes
1971-72: All Tri-County members (Walnut, Underwood, Iowa Deaf, Carson-Macedonia, Elk Horn-Kimballton, Treynor, Tri-Center, and Shelby) disband the conference and join with the four remaining members of the Southwest Iowa Conference to form the Western Iowa Conference.
1965-66: Underwood joins. Membership increases to 8.
1962-63: Lewis Central leaves. Walnut joins from the Southwest Iowa Conference. Carson-Macedonia joins. Membership increases to 7.
1961-62: Lewis Central joins. 
1960-61: Stanton leaves. 
1959-60: Tri-Center, Shelby, Treynor, Iowa Deaf, Elk Horn-Kimballton, and Stanton form the Tri-County Conference. Membership is 6.
