2010-11: Exira and Elk Horn-Kimballton consolidate to form Exira-EHK. The new school remains in the league. Glidden-Ralston joins from the West Central Activities Conference. Membership remains at 10.
2009-10: East Greene joins from the West Central Activities Conference. Membership increases to 10.
2007-08: Paton-Churdan joins from the West Central Activities Conference. Membership increases to 9.
2005-06: Ankeny Christian joins, after competing as an independent. Membership increases to 8.
2004-05: Earlham leaves for the West Central Activities Conference. Membership decreases to 7.
