1963-64: Harris is absorbed by Lake Park. Membership decreases to 5.
1961-62: St. Joseph, Ashton joins. Western Christian joins but does not play boy's basketball in the conference. Membership is 6.
1960-62: Archer, Ashton, and Little Rock leave.
1959-60: Excelsior, Lake Park, and Moneta leave.
