1959-60: Glenwood joins. Membership increases to 7.
1953-54: Malvern leaves. Membership decreases to 6.
1951-52: Glenwood leaves. Membership decreases to 7.
1949-50: Emerson, Hastings, Henderson, Strahan, Silver City, Pacific Junction, Glenwood, and Malvern form the Mills County Conference. Original membership is 8.
