Membership Timeline
1980-81: Central Webster and Northwest Webster leave for the River Valley Conference. Conference disbands.
1978-79: Fonda and Havelock-Plover leave to help form the River Valley Conference. Membership decreases to 6. League is renamed Mid-Six Conference.
1976-77: Central Webster joins. Membership increases to 8. League is renamed Mid-Eight Conference.
1970-71: Northwest Webster, Palmer, Dayton, Havelock-Plover, Stratford, Grand, and Fonda form the Mid-7 Conference. Original membership is 7.
