1962-63: Sergeant Bluff-Luton leaves for the War Eagle ConferenceWillow and Meriden-Cleghorn leave for the Seven Star ConferenceGalva fully aligns with the Bo-Coon ConferenceWhiting?? Conference disbands.
1961-62: Washta consolidates to with Quimby (no football) to form Willow. The new school remains in the conference. Membership remains at 5. League changes to 11-man football.
1960-61: Cleghorn consolidates with Meriden to form Meriden-Cleghorn. The new school remains in the conference. Membership remains at 5.
1959-60: Linn Grove and Peterson consolidate to form Sioux Valley. The new school does not compete in the conference. Membership decreases to 5. 
1958-59: Galva joins from the Bo-Coon Conference. Cleghorn joins. Membership increases to 7. League is now playing 8-man football. 
1957-58: Washta joins. Schleswig leaves. Membership remains at 5.
1956-57: Sergeant Bluff, Whiting, Linn Grove, Peterson, and Schleswig form the Little Sioux Valley Conference for 6-man football. Membership is 5.
