1985-86: East Monona leaves for the Boyer Valley Conference. Membership decreases to 6.
1979-80: AkronMarcusHinton, and Sergeant Bluff-Luton leave to help form the War Eagle ConferenceEast Monona rejoins from the Boyer Valley ConferenceMembership decreases to 7. 
1975-76: Lawton-Bronson leaves for the Maple Valley ConferenceAkron joins from the Siouxland Conference. Membership remains 10.

1966-67: East Monona joins. Lawton consolidates with Bronson to form Lawton-Bronson. the new school remains in the conference. Cushing and Correctionville consolidate to form Eastwood. The new school remains in the conference. Membership remains at 10.
1965-66: Anthon-Oto joins from the Maple Valley ConferenceCushing joins. Membership increases to 10.
1964-65: Meriden-Cleghorn and Willow of the disbanding Five Star Conference; Marcus of the War Eagle Conference; Correctionville of the Maple Valley ConferenceRemsen-UnionWhitingHinton, and Lawton form the Little Sioux Conference. Original membership is 8.
