Membership Timeline

1962-63: English Valleys, H-L-V, and Keota leave for the South Iowa Cedar League. Solon, Durant, Lone Tree become independents. Conference disbands.

1961-62: H-L-V, Solon, and Durant join. Membership increases to 6.

1960-61: West Chester, Wellman, and Kalona consolidate to form Mid-Prairie. The new school becomes an independent. Williamsburg leaves for the South Iowa Cedar League.

1958-59: North English consolidates with Webster and Kinross to form English Valleys. Membership remains at 6.

1957-58: Solon joins as a football-only member.

1953-54: Brighton and Richland leave. Membership decreases to 6. Lone Tree joins as a football-only member.

1946-47: Williamsburg joins. Membership increases to 8.

1942-43: North English joins. Membership increases to 7.

1931-32: West Chester joins. Membership increases to 6.

1929-30: Wellman, Kalona, Brighton, Richland, and Keota form the Ke-Wash Conference. Membership is 5.
