1976-77: Cascade joins the conference. Western Dubuque leaves to join the Big Bend ConferenceAquin is absorbed by Beckman (Big Bend Conference). Membership decreases to 5.
1974-75: Don Bosco joins. St. Joseph's, Farley leaves. Membership remains at 6.
1972-73: Sacred Heart, Oelwein leaves. Membership decreases to 6.
1969-70: League is renamed the Eastern Iowa Conference. Membership remains at 7.
1966-67: St. BonifaceSt. Mary's, GuttenbergSt. Patrick, Ryan, and St. Paul's, Worthington leave. St. John, Independence and Sacred Heart, Oelwein join from the East Central Catholic Conference. Membership decreases to 7. League is known as the East Iowa Catholic Conference.
1962-63: Peosta and Epworth consolidate with Farley to form Western Dubuque. The new school remains in the conference. Membership decreases to 9.
1961-62: St. Martin and St. Mary's, Cascade consolidate with St. Patrick's, Garryowen to form Aquin. The new school remains in the conference. Marquette, Bellevue joins. Membership remains at 10.
1958-59: St. Clement leaves. Membership decreases to 10.
1957-58: Holy Rosary leaves. St. Mary's, GuttenbergSt. Joseph's, Farley, and St. Patrick, Ryan join. Membership increases to 11.
