1987-88: Jesup leaves for the Tri-Rivers Conference. Wapsie Valley, and Turkey Valley leave for the Upper Iowa Conference. Denver??. The conference disbands.
1986-87: Dunkerton and Tripoli leave. Membership decreases to 4.
1983-84: Turkey Valley rejoins. South Winneshiek leaves. Membership remains at 6.
1977-78: Turkey Valley leaves. Membership decreases to 6..
1976-77: Fredericksburg leaves for the Big Marsh Conference. Membership decreases to 7.
1970-71: Jesup joins from the North Iowa Cedar League. Membership increases to 8.
1969-70: South Winneshiek joins from the Upper Miss Conference. Membership increases to 7.
1968-69: Plainfield and Janesville leave to join the Big Marsh Conference. Membership decreases to 6.
1962-63: Turkey Valley joins. Membership increases to 8.
1960-61: Dunkerton joins from the Cedar Consolidated Conference. Membership increases to 7.
1959-60: Tripoli, Plainfield, Denver, Janesville, and Wapsie Valley (a consolidation of Bremer-Fayette, Fairbank, and Readlyn) of the disbanding Bremer County Conference; and Fredericksburg of the disbanding Turkey Valley Conference form the Cedar-Wapsie Conference. Original membership is 6.
