Membership Changes
1960-61: Corwith-Wesley, Lu Verne, Goldfield and Boone Valley leave for the North Star Conference. Conference disbands.
1958-59: Corwith consolidates with Wesley to form Corwith-Wesley. Membership remains at 4.
1957-58: Gilmore City and Twin Rivers leave. Membership is 4. 
1956-57: Vernon Township and Renwick consolidate to form Boone Valley. Bode and Livermore consolidate with Ottosen to form Twin Rivers. Both schools remain in the conference. Corwith joins. Membership is 6.
1955-56: Ottosen leaves. Membership is 7.
1954-55: Ottosen joins. Corwith leaves. Membership is 8.
1950-51: Gilmore City joins. Membership increases to 8.
1938-39: Vernon Township joins. Membership increases to 7.
1935-36: Bode, Livermore, Lu Verne, Renwick, and Goldfield of the Big Nine Conference; and Corwith form the Boone Valley Conference. Original membership is 6.
